Over two hours, you’ll revisit the funnel structure, assess your current approach, and explore where AI can be used to save time, improve output, and streamline your efforts.

What This Session Covers

1. Reviewing the ‘Ideal’ Funnel

We’ll start by walking through the full customer journey:

Unaware → Aware → Interest → Consideration → Conversion → Closing → Post-Sale

You’ll explore how this model applies to your business and where things tend to stall, whether in awareness, nurturing, or final conversion.

2. Mapping Your Funnel

Using a structured template, you’ll map your current funnel, identify friction points, and clarify where you still rely on manual work.

This exercise forms the foundation for the AI workflows you’ll build in the second half.

3. Applying ChatGPT to Real Bottlenecks

With your funnel in front of you, you’ll identify a specific task, such as writing follow-up emails, creating outreach messages, summarizing meetings, or generating website content. We’ll guide you through structuring prompts and turning them into workflows you can apply immediately after the session.
