If you are preparing for market entry, investor conversations, or both, you need a clear commercial plan. Not a pitch deck story, but a practical plan that defines who you target, what you prioritise, and how you execute.
This workshop helps you build that plan.
Goal of the workshop
- You leave with the first working version of a commercial plan that covers:
- Audience definition (customers, partners, investors)
- Clear commercial goals and measurable metrics
- Core positioning and key message
- A first business development plan (pipeline structure and outreach approach)
- A first marketing plan (channels, content, visibility strategy)
- A realistic 6-month execution roadmap
This is a working session. You will actively build these elements during the workshop.
What you will work on
The workshop is structured around two practical blocks:
1. Commercial foundations
You define your audiences, commercial priorities, success metrics, and positioning. This forms the basis for both fundraising and market entry.
2. BD and marketing planning
You translate strategy into action by selecting relevant BD and marketing channels, building a first pipeline approach, and mapping activities over the next 6 months.
